Hi Everybody!
Well, here we are past the end of the camping event season in An Tir, settling into the rainy season and looking forward to some indoor feasts!
Our last camping event was Great Wester war in Caid and we had a great time, met a lot of new people, visited with old friends and enjoyed the sunny weather. All of that even though the flies could have easily carried you away if they ever became organized!
This coming weekend, November 20-22, we will be going up the road about 25 miles to the Shire of Dragon's Mist in An Tir for their first ever Winter Bazaar. We're really looking forward to it, especially the part about not having to set up the pavilion! After that I think we're home for awhile until 12th Night the beginning of January and then Ursulmas at the end of January. Then, it's on to Estrella War in February! In the mean time, it will give us a chance to get orders completed and sent out while building up some stock for next year's event season.

Our move to An Tir in June was the big news of this year and since we arrived, we have been extrelely busy. We hit the ground running and it doesn't seem like it has stopped yet! This has been a very "interesting" year to say the least with lots of surprises happening all of the time and Orianna & I would like to thank everyone for your support and encouragement throughout the year. We cherish all of our friends and family in the SCA more than you will ever know. THANK YOU TO ALL!

Now, on to other things. As most of you know, once again this year we held drawings at 3 events and awarded prizes to 9 people. For those who don't know the particulars, we hold a drawing at 3 events each year - Estrella War, Uprising and Great Western War. The winners are drawn at the end of the event. We then create the winner's item and incorporate their heraldry in it. For the following year, we take all of these items with us to the events we merchant at as part of our display. After that, at the same event the following year, we present the prizes to the winners to take home. This helps us rotate our display merchandise while saying Thank You to our customers and friends.
In addition, this year, we held a chance drawing for our "Fire Table" and through your generous donations we were able to present $192 to the Kingdom of An Tir Travel Fund at September Crown. This was such a success that we are currently working with Sir Brand, the An Tir "DIG" (Deputy for Inspirational Giving) to make this an annual fundraiser for An Tir. Stay tuned for further information.

Our 2010 Event Schedule is now online. In 2010, we are again planning to attend many events, especially during the camping season. We are especially happy to announce that we will be at PENNSIC next year! We are very excited about going and have a lot of work ahead of us to prepare. BREAKING NEWS!- A DRAGON TERRORIZES CAMELOT
Camelot was under attack by a large, fearsome dragon. So, King Arthur called upon his most valiant knight to slay the dragon. Unfortunately, all of the horses were frightened of the dragon and cowered in terror. All other options exhausted, the knight found a one-eyed, arthritic Great Dane.
