Heraldic Creations - Creative Use of Heraldry In Various Designs

Hello again from the far northern reaches of the Kingdom of Artemisia!
We trust everyone has survived the cold months of winter in good shape. We have been busy through the winter preparing for this year's event season with much anticipation. We had a great year in 2008 going to events and meeting friends and are looking forward to an even better 2009. We plan to be at even more events and meeting many more of our SCA family.
We already have one event in the bag, Estrella XXV. Even though the weather at the beginning of the week started out a little "damp and breeeeeeezy", the entire event turned out to be a lot of fun, as always. Thank you one and all for coming in to see us. We enjoyed every minute of it!
As we did last year, we held another "Estrella Prize Drawing" and the winners are:

1st Prize - Tile Table – Mathys (Michael Ueber) Kingdom of Atenveldt
2nd Prize - Banner – Zoe Rosalia de Rebelh (Kristina Nunez) Kingdom of Caid
3rd Prize - Table setting – Owain Nogard of Greenbriar (Bobbie Galyean) Kingdom of Atenveldt

Congratulations to all three of our winners. The first event we will be displaying your prizes at will be An Tir May Crown Tournament May 15-17, and we will be putting pictures on the website as soon as your prizes are complete. Orianna & I are looking forward to completing these 3 projects. We have been sent some awesome heraldry for each one.

2009 Schedule
Our 2009 Event Schedule is now online. We have many events planned for this year including, An Tir May Crown, Uprising, An Tir/West War, An Tir July Coronation, Summer Hunt, Autumn War, Sport of Kings, An Tir September Crown, West Kingdom Crown, Great Western War.

Heraldic Creations is Moving!
Now, after looking at our 2009 schedule, you're probably saying to yourself: "Why will they be at so many events in An Tir?" Well, that's because, starting around the 1st of June, we will be residents of the Kingdom of An Tir. That's right, we're moving and are very excited about the change and the opportunity to be at more events. So, check out our schedule and we'll see you at an event near you!
